Mr. Andress is the Chairman and founder of BlaZZen Construction Incorporated, which began in 2002. He has a Bachelors Degree from Northwood University with a Minor in Arts and Science. He had a 2-year AA Professional Minor League Baseball career that was cut short due to a shoulder injury. He then turned his energy and focus towards meeting and building clients one customer at a time. Mr. Roger Andress is Senior Project Manager of Estimating and Operations. He has retired from TXU Utilities after serving 32 years with them. Roger is a third generation Cherokee Indian who has the vision and attitude to get the project or task done right the first time. Roger has over 30 years of personal experience in both residential and commercial projects and he says that he is blessed everyday by getting to work with his son’s everyday. He has worked as, General Manager, Superintendent, Estimator, Director of Saftey, and Project Manager, bringing all of this experience to any project that he works on. He has built a reputation as a team player and problem solver. He has a highly successful track record on the projects that he has supervised. He has produced the same results on every project that he has managed in his era of the commercial industry. Mr. Andress has built an excellent working relationship with all the clients, architects and consultants that he has been associated with.
